About the Job
Join a care-led organisation where people genuinely come first

Are you an experienced recruiter or workforce professional looking for a role where you can genuinely make a difference?

Do you enjoy building relationships, growing opportunities, sourcing the right people and seeing the full recruitment journey through from start to finish?

If so, we’d love to hear from you.

At Carestaff Solutions, we do things differently.

We are a trusted, care-led organisation supporting health and social care services through high-quality staffing, workforce support and regulated care provision.

Established in 2004, we have built a strong reputation for being professional, responsive, dependable and person-centred — and at the heart of everything we do is one simple belief:

· Care should never be transactional.

· We are not simply here to fill gaps.

· We are here to support services properly, protect standards, strengthen delivery and ensure the people receiving care remain at the centre of everything we do.

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and capable 360 Workforce Consultant to join our growing Preston team.

This is a full 360 role, meaning you will take ownership across the full recruitment and workforce cycle — from business development and client relationship management, through to candidate attraction, interviewing, onboarding, compliance coordination, bookings and placements.

You will play a key role in helping us continue to grow while maintaining the high standards, responsiveness and professionalism that Carestaff Solutions is known for.

This role would suit someone who is commercially minded, people-focused, organised, proactive and genuinely passionate about the health and social care sector.

  • Understanding client staffing requirements and delivering tailored workforce solutions
  • Supporting the growth of your desk through proactive business development and relationship-building
  • Identifying new opportunities within both warm and developing markets
  • Ensuring a responsive, professional and solutions-focused service to clients at all times

  • Screening, interviewing and assessing candidates for suitability
  • Building strong relationships with workers and understanding their availability, preferences and strengths
  • Matching suitable candidates to appropriate services and placements
  • Managing the recruitment process from initial enquiry through to placement
Onboarding & Compliance Support

  • Supporting candidates through the onboarding process from registration to clearance
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure all pre-employment checks, compliance requirements and onboarding steps are completed efficiently
  • Helping maintain strong candidate engagement throughout the onboarding journey
  • Ensuring a smooth transition from candidate to active worker
Service Delivery

  • Coordinating placements effectively and ensuring strong communication throughout
  • Supporting the wider team to maintain excellent service levels across the desk
  • Contributing to the continued growth, organisation and professionalism of the branch
  • Helping uphold the care-led values and standards that set Carestaff apart
What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who brings both drive and heart to the role.

You will ideally have:

  • Previous experience in 360 recruitment, workforce coordination or healthcare recruitment
  • Experience within the Health & Social Care sector (preferred)
  • Confidence in both candidate generation and client relationship management
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
  • A proactive and commercially aware mindset
  • The ability to work well in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
  • A genuine passion for supporting services that care for vulnerable adults and children
