Carestaff Solutions is recruiting an Evening & Weekend On-Call Coordinator to join our friendly and growing Preston team.

We're an established healthcare and social care staffing company with over 20 years of experience, supporting hospitals, care homes, mental health services and other essential care providers.

We're looking for someone with energy, enthusiasm and a genuine can-do attitude to help keep our services running smoothly outside normal office hours.

You don't need to come from a healthcare recruitment background. If you've got excellent people skills, can think on your feet and enjoy a challenge, we'd love to hear from you.

The Hours & Pay:

Pay: £13.50–£15.00 per hour.
Weekday evenings: 5pm–10pm.
Weekends: Early and late shifts available.
Location: Our Preston office, PR2 2YP.
Job type: Part-time, evening and weekend work.

What Does the Job Involve?

You'll be a key part of our out-of-hours team, helping to ensure healthcare and social care services have the right staff in place when they need them.

You'll be:

Answering calls and responding to staffing requests from our clients.
Contacting healthcare workers and arranging shift bookings.
Finding solutions when urgent or last-minute staffing needs arise.
Building great relationships with clients and workers.
Managing bookings and keeping our systems up to date.
Working alongside a supportive team to deliver an excellent service.
