Carestaff Solutions is currently recruiting experienced and reliable Homecare Support Workers to support individuals within structured homecare packages in their own homes and local communities.

You will be supporting individuals with learning disabilities, helping them maintain independence, wellbeing, and stability within their day-to-day lives.
This role offers the opportunity to work within consistent packages of care, allowing you to build familiarity and deliver high-quality, person-centred support.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting individuals in their own homes and within the community
- Following care plans and established routines
- Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing
- Working as part of a consistent care team
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for candidates who:
- Have experience within health and social care
- Are confident supporting individuals with learning disabilities
- Are reliable, professional, and committed
- Understand the importance of consistency in care
- Can work flexibly across shifts
