We are now looking for a reliable, proactive and people-focused On-Call Coordinator to join our team and support our out-of-hours service.
🕒 Working Hours
This role is ideal for someone looking for flexible additional hours:
- Weekday Evenings: 5:00pm – 10:00pm
- Weekends: Early & Late shifts available
💼 The Role
As part of our on-call team, you will play a key role in ensuring our services remain fully staffed and supported outside of core hours.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing incoming shift requests
- Contacting and booking workers into shifts
- Responding to last-minute changes and emergencies
- Supporting both clients and workers professionally
- Ensuring all shifts are filled efficiently
- Maintaining clear and accurate communication
- Working closely with the wider team to ensure continuity
This is a fast-paced and rewarding role, where no two shifts are the same.
